親愛なるみなさま

I hope that you all had a good start of the new year and I wish you good health, happiness and satisfaction for the months to come! I look forward to meeting and talking to you at any nice chance.
あけましておめでとうございます。皆様のご健勝、ご多幸をお祈り申し上げます。たくさんの素敵な機会に、皆様とお会いできることを楽しみにしています。


The announcement of this month is about the internship program.
From March 2nd, Sasakura Onsen will accept a Swiss man, Mr. Marvin, for an internship until July 31st.
The photograph shows him with a good beard, but when working in the hot spring he will shave it cleanly.
Although he studied Japanese for about a year, he is very passionate and loves Japan. It is said that he became a big fan of Japan after visiting Itoigawa last spring.
今月のお知らせはインターンシップについてです。
3月2日より7月31日まで、笹倉温泉さんがスイス人の男性、マービンさんをインターンシップで受け入れてくれることになりました。
彼の写真には立派な髭がありますが、温泉で働くときにはきれいに剃って現れるでしょう。
彼は日本語を勉強して1年ほどですが、とても情熱的で日本が大好きです。昨年春に糸魚川を訪れで大ファンになったそうです。


He is fluent in German and English. He is a quality control manager in the Swiss movie industry, he is also good at IT related technologies, including graphic design.
His hobbies include Japanese culture, dancing rock & roll, karaoke and music. He also loves Japanese animation and also volunteers for international animation festivals. He likes sports such as baseball and football.

彼はドイツ語、英語に堪能です。彼はスイスの映画業界で品質管理マネージャーをしており、コンピュータグラフィックデザインをはじめIT関係技術も得意です。
彼の趣味は日本文化をはじめ、ロックンロールを踊ることやカラオケ、音楽です。彼は日本のアニメも愛していて国際アニメフェスティバルのボランティアもしています。彼がスポーツで好きなのは野球とフットボールです。


He says he wants to work for the region Itoigawa with full power for five months. Since it is a great opportunity to have him here, please do not miss to communicate with him a lot, including cultural exchanges, English, German and Japanese study sessions. It will be a valuable experience for all of us.
糸魚川での5か月間、全力で地域のために働きたいと言っています。せっかくの機会ですので、文化交流、英語やドイツ語と日本語の祖語勉強会、などたくさんコミュニケーションしてください、どうぞこの機会をお見逃しなく。皆さんにとっても貴重な経験になるでしょう。


Recruiting interns:
Well, there are things I'd like to ask you and everyone. There are a few young people from Switzerland who want to come to Japan by internship (Volunteer-work).
In the near future, I am looking for people in Itoigawa who will accept a 27 years old Swiss man in internship, who loves guitar and shamisen. He can work hard at any job unless it is a dangerous job. He does not need money so please provide meals and accommodation only. If there is an acceptable home, business office, please contact us.
インターン受け入れの募集
さて、それと皆様にぜひお願いしたいことがあります。スイスから日本にインターンシップ（ボランティアでの仕事）で来たいという若者が何人かいます。
直近では、私は、ギターと三味線を愛する２７歳のスイス人男性をインターンシップで受け入れてくれる人を糸魚川市内で探しています。危険な仕事でなければどんな仕事でも彼はしっかり働くことができます。彼はお金はいりませんので食事と宿泊場所だけご提供ください。もし受け入れ可能なお家、事業所さんがありましたら、ぜひご連絡ください。
